In 2017, I abandoned my PhD program at 30 to learn how to code. That decision led me to become a software engineer and to work on a team that built tools now used by over 20,000 companies worldwide. For @GammsApp, as a no revenue startup, I hire those I can pay ONLY. I also fund the company account three months ahead to cover wages. If your ask it more than my ability, I will let you go. I remember a lady charging a non negotiable wage of 350k per month to manage only two social media platforms. I wished her best of luck. My salary presently from @GammsApp is just 100k and others earn more than me.

Yesterday, my space was super charged. Hosted a 17 year old developer who made a tweet that generated 24 million views. Right on the space close to 10 under 17 developers and founders grabbed the mic to pitch themselves and what they were building. One 18 year old UI/UX designer lady said she can sponsor herself to any university in Nigeria from the money she made working for clients in Canada, Ireland, Uk and Germany. She moving to the US now for her university education. Another 16 years old guy, organized an hackathon for 100 under 20 young developers in Lagos this year. We are doing that again next month. And we should plan an event next year for these amazing techies. @TechnicalBben and @GammsApp will make that happen.

That’s why I’m building my brother! He’s 14, in SS2. He’s a graphics designer and a cartoonist (on paper), he hasn’t gone digital with it yet. We just need him to balance up school work (science classes) so he doesn’t flop in his Waec/Neco exams. My intention is to sign him..
