It is a start up and expecting them to pay you a competitive salary may not happen or getting salary every month (this is not an absolute excuse)
Also expecting them to have saved one year's budget is amazing sha.
Because how many people can raise funds for their business for an operational year, some people just have visions, their father's garage and a couple of cloud coins and sleeping in a one room apartment.
See, Don't work for a startup o 🤣 if your expectations are high.
Please stick to companies with solid ground
