Fake Account - Trolling As An Art Form
I was recently onboarding a US-based client who wanted to expand to Europe I asked them, “EU has 27 countries, where do you want to expand?” “Everywhere bro” - typical ignorant American response I explained that in each country they’d need to appoint a Data Protection Officer, complete GDPR training, and get certified by the national data authority They asked if this “nonsense “ is really necessary and can’t they just “launch” I clenched my fist but managed to calm myself down and politely hinted that it’s probably best if they just focus on the US market The last thing Europe needs are American cowboy startups running loose and chasing growth without a care for regulation

After seeing some of the comments on my post about the 50 year mortgage, it's no wonder many people are in debt or struggling with their finances. They have no idea how to make debt work for them and not against them because all they see is the obstacles and not the opportunities.
If real, it would be for internal consumption.

I've had a change of heart on federal income tax. On the surface, it's just a way for the government to generate revenue—it has to get its funding from somewhere. But I now see that the method of taxation itself fundamentally alters the relationship between the government and its people. When the government relies on taxing individual income, it shifts from serving its citizens to exploiting them as a revenue source. This dynamic creates an inherent friction, where the government no longer answers to the people but to the system that extracts from them. And if you look around, it's clear—whatever our tax dollars are funding, it’s not serving us. This is what modern economists fail to grasp when they dismiss tariffs, sales taxes, or luxury taxes as harmful. The structure of taxation matters, not just the amount collected. The income tax distorts governance itself—and it needs to go.
Paying taxes in the USA is extremely unethical and immoral. Much more net harm is done than good with the money. Our Founding Fathers knew this well.
Tried and true bait and switch deception they run every chance they get.
The Progressive Dream 1. Government gives you “free” stuff 2. You become dependent on that stuff 3. Progressives threaten to take the “free” stuff away unless you let them expand government even more 4. By the time you realize that stuff isn’t free, neither are you

The only MP in parliament with the courage to be right. As such, he will prevail. He has my support anyway.
Walk around any British town centre. It's filthy, plagued with gangs of foreign men shouting in their own languages, harassing local women. I am sick of it. I have had enough. We have all had enough. Why do we put up with it? What are they doing here? Why is nobody in politics talking about it? They'll all scream 'oh isn't Rupert a racist?!' I honestly don't give a shit. I really don't. It's all true, and we all know it. Britain didn't used to be like this. Ten, twenty, thirty years ago - it did not used to be like this. We've all seen how it's changed. It does not have to be like this. I remember working and living in London. It was the best city in the world. Vibrant, fun, safe, exciting, welcoming. Now? Large parts are becoming a squalid slum - like so many of our towns and cities. Not just London, Birmingham or Manchester. But our once-charming little towns are going the same way, many already have. Others are well on their way... Importing hundreds of thousands of young men from backward cultures that share none of our values - that hate women, disrespect women, mistreat women. What did we think would happen, honestly? Is it a surprise that same poison is infecting our streets and communities? No. No, it is not. These changes to our communities and our towns are not permanent, not irremediable, not inevitable. It can be reversed. And it must be reversed. Stop the flow. Deport the illegals. Remove those foreigners who add nothing, but take so very much. I will continue to make these arguments in Westminster. Starmer's too weak to say it, Farage is too scared to say it. But it's time politicians were honest with the British people. I have had enough. I want to live in a country where women can enjoy a Friday night out without the fear of being raped by somebody who should never have been in our country to begin with. I want my country back.

A 50 year mortgage can be an incredible vehicle for people. It allows you to get into a home for a lower monthly payment. IF you then prepay extra payments and act like it's a 15 year mortgage you can save tons of interest and if something comes up and you cant make the extra payments that month you have a low monthly required payment. Of course if you just make the min monthly payments for 50 years it will cost you a lot more in interest. But it will allow you to establish a good payment history increasing your credit score, allow you to build equity in a home and in most cases will be lower than rent. As with everything in the financial industry there is a way to use the 50 year mortgage to help yourself and your lot in life but it also has a major downside if you use it as intended.

Tell her, tell her NOW. No visas and no visits for more than 14 days, and a cap put on how many can visit at one time. Sounds harsh but they will wish they'd listened in just a few short years.

Yeah, if you don't use all the oil for an oil change...just reuse the bottle cap, then you won't need that, uh, wine bottle cork.
Agree 100%, I think it's a bad idea to start with, but if it's going to be done then there'd better be an immediate speed-run though a whole bunch of well written and prioritized bills right after. If the Democrat Party Machine is not effectively destroyed, Americans will pay.
If we remove the filibuster we better pass a lot more than the SAVE Act. We’ll need a ton of common sense America1st laws or it’ll all be for nothing I’m telling you. We should churn out some of Trumps EO’s day one or what’s the point?

Everyone is comparing a 30 year mortgage to a 50 year mortgage. Of course everyone knows a 30 year mortgage is better long-term But that's the wrong comparison. You should be comparing a 50 year mortgage to living in an apartment where your rent is going up 10% every year and you're collecting no equity.

The solutions are always conceptually easy, but socially difficult. Take physics. #QI predicts all galaxy rotations & useful new technology. General relativity predicts none & no new technology, but mainstream academics are resisting the transition because they are comfortable.
