The MD-11 Burns 18,000 lbs of fuel per hour. Loaded for Honolulu,,, do the math. Lots of fuel.

Prediction: The Plane was full of fuel, and something didn't get done correctly, so the engine ignited it, and then boom, once it hit the tank. Ground Crew Fault.
