Funny how the Konami patent exists since 2002 and no one knew about its existence. And now this patent will remain and no one will care even though in theory this is also a summon patent and never changed anything for other companies.

How quick before people consider it a win when in reality it just means that part of the patent would belong to Konami and second part is unnecessary because it would already belong to Nintendo?
