People use the adjective “Lynchian” a lot to mean nothing, but I think this image is Lynchian. By that I mean I think it looks like a still from a David Lynch movie.
This is one of the only photos where Trump actually looks human

I said listen, your house is a mess, I’m there right now frankly it’s an absolute mess. Total garbage, only Trump can fix it. He said to me Trump, you can’t be at my house, you’re standing here talking to me. I said call me, that’s right. Just *sucks in breath* give me a call

I will never understand why Lynch voted for Trump

Weirdly reminds me both of blue velvet and inland empire at the same time

ngl for .1 second before I either read the text or registered that I was looking at Trump I actually thought it was a screencap of a scene at one eyed jacks

“Uncomfortable but in a positive way” is a decent way I’ve found to describe it. Lynch often has a lot of larger than life shots which play with perspective and framing so they end up feeling unnatural but in such a stylish way that you can’t properly place the feeling.

I feel like it has the exact lighting and framing of lynch directed twin peaks episodes

He looks like one of those forgettable characters from David Lynch movies where the movie is like 6 different perspectives of different people and he's one of the 6 people that the movie is split between

What a lot of people call Lynchian is actually Hitchcock's aesthetic, this one's definitely a sort of Mr Reindeer/Frank Booth archetype

Not many people remember this but Donald Trump was one of the few people to give Fire Walk With Me a positive review when it first came out.
