If only I have power and influence, I would use every single source I had to try to free the woman of Afghanistan. Education is but one thing, the fact that they are imprisoned in their homes is quite a different story. I have seen the videos of flogging and I wish I had not.

We鈥檙e expected to speak for Afghan women, yet they still can't denounce why the Taliban returned. True hope lies in their men seeing oppression as abnormal: just as Uzbeks, Tajiks, and Hazaras do!
