He(my uncle) said : he is educating himself about and researched Elon very closely, and continued in the same breath " and he may claims to have some 'asperger ' or ' something '.
I called him out on this and stopped talking to him since then, its not worth it.
I am really sad this NPC behavior is inside my family.
I took a creative writing class from Oates at Princeton. She wasn't obviously stupid or disingenuous in the 1980s. It's a shame to see her writing "never posts anything" without bothering to, you know, search his timeline for keywords.
But not having a clue what or how Elon thinks is endemic. Which is weird because he's so transparent. I've told many friends spouting nonsense about Elon "go watch one of his long form interviews, in its entirety. It's worth it." They never do. The ones who already have, already like Elon or at least don't hate him,

The man is literally building a city around his beautiful SpaceX, makes millions of people happy with his beautiful, one of a kind creations, and probably takes the time to wish happy birthday to his people by picking up the phone and calling them.

You know nothing about this great man, that is obvious, EM is a genius w/ a heart of gold, he’s done more for humanity than any other human that ever existed combined & most importantly he got Mr. DJ Trump re-elected as President, if only we could see a third term from him would be great but may be impossible, if only Elon could run for president that would be an ideal candidate, let’s all pray to GOD that this may happen.
Another good case for this argument would also be that many of things she’s referencing are personal things. There’s no doubt that 75% of this simply isn’t true, I don’t even follow @elonmusk like some people and I’ve seen him do many of these things. But things that correlate to personal experiences, preferences, etc don’t need to be public knowledge.
Privacy is a thing. When your life is public in so many ways, there is sanctity in keeping certain things unavailable for public consumption. To me that makes a lot of sense.
I’m not Elon, but even having only 150k followers on Facebook many people don’t know that I’m married. They don’t know my kids names. They don’t know my favorite color or what I do in my spare time outside of being an astrologer that forecasts for them. Why? Because it’s none of their business. That’s my personal life. We should really respect that more. What’s none of our business lol because no one is entitled to knowing initimate details about people, regardless of how known that person may be.
