Breaking News: On November 7th, Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi stated at the House of Representatives Budget Committee. If China uses warships or other military means to impose a maritime blockade or other military actions on Taiwan, depending on the severity of the situation, it could be considered a crisis threatening Japan's national survival. In this case, the Japanese government does not rule out authorizing the Self-Defense Forces to exercise the right of collective self-defense and conduct necessary military counterattacks.
