You can't even begin to imagine the programming capabilities of AI in 20 years unless there's a catastrophe to completely stop progress

Ha! Sure you can. It will be the same as it was 20 years ago, except with the appearance of having a shinier exterior shell. AI is no closer to passing Turing than it was decades ago, because it still can only regurgitate, albeit it can vomit more from gorging on a deeper trough.
