You will never ever make some people happy no matter what you do. Some people are just born to whine and complain. They have no better answers. They have no better solutions. They just sit back and criticize everyone else who's trying to come up with solutions because their solutions aren't perfect.

After seeing some of the comments on my post about the 50 year mortgage, it's no wonder many people are in debt or struggling with their finances. They have no idea how to make debt work for them and not against them because all they see is the obstacles and not the opportunities.

Today was the first day in years that I went to the grocery store and didn't feel like I got robbed. Just with the sales, I saved around 20% of my final bill, and then the store gave me a $20 coupon for being a repeat customer(6 visits). Not going to lie, it was a nice feeling walking out with some of my wallet still left.

Serious question -- interested in replies. What is more expensive now than when Trump took office? Food prices -- with a huge run-up due to inflation -- don't typically ever come down. That's a historical fact. But many other prices are down -- particularly gas. But many costs in the economy are the function of production cost increases over the past 4 years that can only be reversed slowly -- they don't make a 180 simply because the forces that drove those production costs higher ease. The rate of increase slows -- which is one feature of reduced energy costs -- but the cost of production rarely reverses itself and returns to where it was years before. Biden and the Dems jacked up just about every cost of production imaginable. That can be reversed, but that doesn't immediately reverse costs that have already been incurred in the production cycle. Regulatory compliance -- for example -- the regulations might go away, but the sunk costs into complying with the repealed regulations still exist. So, I simply don't understand what is "MORE EXPENSIVE" because of Trump? What is the blame that attaches to the Trump Admin for high prices that resulted from the inflationary policies put in place by Biden and the Dems?
