Looks stunning! - I tried to imitate your approach. Unfortunately, VSMs react a bit strangely at runtime. The shadows do not update to the geometry change. Tried to invalidate the cache localy with a proxy mesh but no luck there. Did you use standard shadow maps?🤔and do you draw any normals besides the rgb mask?

Overall blending seems too snappy, but the locomotion itself its astonishing! I like the no leg collision between direction change what an amazing job i love it!
