Ohio has nearly a month of early voting, whether in-person or by absentee, so it should be simple to say that all ballots (with an exception for our military and overseas voters) should be in on Election Day!
Senate Bill 293 passed out of the Senate yesterday, making Ohio one step closer to aligning with the other 34 states who require ballots be received by close of polls on Election Day!
