Discovered today that after closing my account nearly 18 months ago, @virginmedia continued to charge me, despite no active service/contract! Can't make a complaint, or contact them on the phone, or even on webchat, because I need an account馃ぁ Financial Ombudsman time?

If it's on a card, do a charge back for those charges

Yeah bank gonna try to recover it. What's mental is, even though I had no contract, they still hiked the price midway through. How do you even do that without an active contract or account?!?! Deliberately, of course.
