Benjamin Sesko hasn't had a perfect start to life at Manchester United, but he deserves time & patience. He also deserves a bit of context on what his start has been like, which hasn't been easy:
In the PL his first three games were off the bench, started vs City, played a half vs Chelsea, then started & scored vs Brentford & Sunderland, was off the bench again vs Liverpool, started vs Brighton & Forest, then came off the bench vs Tottenham.
When you're adapting to a new league at age 22, it's going to take some time - but he's shown plenty as he continues to adapt. Add in no consistency & run of starts, it's going to take some time to blossom.
He deserves our support - a lot more than we're giving.
I agree that Sesko should've done better yesterday and also deserves some fair criticism, but the reactions towards him from our fans has been over the top, and he's being written off way too early.
He's 22 in his first season at Man Utd. Patience, don't tear him apart.
