Tried 36 h fasting this weekend:
> 0-8 h - pretty normal
> 8-16 h - felt the need for coffee but manageable
> 16-24 h - started feeling hungry; drank a lot water and occupied my brain w/ work
> 24-36 h - felt a little tired, light-headed
What I observed in my body:
> Focus improved - surprisingly the urge to scroll X also reduced
> After 24h my core felt lighter - bloating was reduced
> Good sleep
I have done two fasts in last 2 weeks - 24h and 36h. I feel fasting is one of the easiest ways to reset focus.
Pushing the limits week by week - I want to hold to 36h for 3-4 weeks. Then will target 48 h.
