There's a lot of talk about growth but rarely any discussion on how we enable children to live prosperous, happy and productive lives. It will have benefits both now and in the future. The school run is the epitome of inefficiency. These kids know there's a much better way.

He sounded curiously supportive of the kids, given how often the programme platforms anti-cycling sentiment over the most curious matters. I'd love @jonkay01 to be the one to tackle media reporting of stories like this, where the headline and accompanying photos clash so badly.

same hype with the coundon cycle path, told us that a high percentage of school kids had expressed a desire to cycle to school. You can count the number who actually do on one hand. But yet it is still carnage outside with vehicles stopped and parked everywhere at home time.
