I’ve really tried to avoid giving Candace any attention but since she seems to have the attention already, this post is spot on and you need to read it. She is using cult-leader tactics.
I’ve watched about 10 of Candace's cult episodes post-assassination. It’s a fascinating window into cult indoctrination. Watching the full videos is even more disturbing than the clips. Some of the cult tactics she uses: 1- She repeats herself constantly. Repeats words and phrases she wants to stick. She repeats them instead of letting them hang there where you might wonder ‘what’s the evidence of this?’ The evidence never comes, but she makes the statement again, and again, with more conviction…as if she showed you evidence. 2- She uses sarcasm, mockery and contempt probably 90% of the time now. Innuendo and implication delivered in sarcastic form. No evidence. But the tone tells you you’re stupid if you can’t see this. 3- Forced Teaming. She uses a lot of inclusive language so the cult feels like a home. Us, us, us, we, we, we. We will solve this. They can’t stop us. Etc. She elevates herself to cult leader status constantly, usually after several we and us statements. She likens herself to David, fighting Goliath. 4- She ends every show reading effusive praise about herself. You’re a hero! You’re our David! We must protect you at all costs! 5- She uses mystical knowledge that you just have to “trust her bro” about. She uses the phrase “I don’t know. But I know know.” Over and over. Even puts it on merchandise now. Advertising that none of this is backed by evidence. But she know knows! Ya know? She says Charlie came to her in a dream. Trust her bro. She uses this ghost Charlie to put words in Charlie Kirk’s mouth from beyond the grave. She refers back to it from time to time, adding to it and embellishing, when she wants to add extra authority to one of her attacks on people. She’ll attack their character simply because their husband was in the military for example (yes, this happened) and then back it up with ‘oh yeah and this was one of the people Charlie warned me about in the dream.’ 6- She pretends her life is in danger and makes reference to this in various ways, in every episode, which triggers the attack dog sensibilities of her most rabid cultists. She needs to be defended you see! 7-She actually puts other people’s lives in danger by targeting them and implying something nefarious that she never offers evidence for. She has done this to dozens of people, including non-public figures like that poor hoodie guy. She has done this to Charlie’s closest friends and even to his Pastors. Her biggest targets seem to be Seth Dillon and Josh Hammer though. She name drops them multiple times in almost every video. She brings them up constantly. She focuses the wrath of her increasingly unstable cult on these men and on Charlie’s friends, family, employees and Pastors. It’s like Orwell’s 2 minutes of hate but it’s over and over and over. Her cult essentially practices this kind of communal and focused hate of her perceived enemies with her. There’s a lot more that’s alarming, but that’s a good start.

I don’t see what he’s seeing. It seems as though he has a preconceived notion of what the truth in this case is and now he’s projecting. A lot of very normal people are asking some of the same questions as Candace. She and Charlie were close. She needs the benefit of any doubt.

Asking questions isn’t the problem. It’s the lack of evidence and the manipulative tactics.

Major Christian women influencers attacking Candace Owens was not on my radar, actually the ones I used to love.

Maybe there is another way you could look at this. Rather than seeing it as a random “attack,” could there be a reason we felt compelled to speak out? What Candace is doing is not founded in logic, truth, evidence, or critical thinking. She is putting real lives in danger.

Sad that my fav apologists are getting caught up in attacking someone who is pointing out obvious inconsistencies around Charlie Kirk’s murder. This is will only bolster her popularity. Now the word “cult” will lose all meaning much like “antisemite” did.

Are cults also your area of expertise, "Alisa"? Maybe you think Candace is "charming" & "manipulative" but she really was a good friend of Charlie's. Maybe you are jealous of her because you have friend's like Frank Turek who drag you in to cover his lies. Getting a woman to do his dirty work for him. Typical narcissistic spiritual abuse. You're the one in a Masonic Cult.

Yeah. I said something similar (in a much less elaborative way) a bit ago. It doesn’t even feel like the normal “cult of personality” you get around a celebrity, it has the markings of actual cult behaviour.
Legitimately it feels likes Candace actually has an online Cult because of the way people will respond to criticism of her. Like… what the heck is making people so loyal to that woman?!

Let's review. You might be in a cult if: 1. you cannot voice even the slightest disagreement or criticism of folks in your community without fear of public retaliation/humiliation 🚩 2. the teaching you’re receiving emphasizes physical appearance, clean eating and adherence to Old Testament law over the Gospel of Jesus Christ, fruit of the Holy Spirit, and apostolic admonitions to the church🚩 3. you're in a community with a clearly identifiable hierarchy of leaders but there's no way to determine how they came to hold those positions nor what would be required to dispose them and whose teachings are never questioned even if they change 🚩 4. your group claims to have a special revelation or insight into historical, current or future events as opposed to the limited or inaccurate consensus of everyone else and that insight consists of anything that is not explicitly stated in the Bible 🚩 5. common beliefs/doctrines/teachings held by your community change without any traceable open discussion/documentation, somehow everyone just shifts from believing one thing to believing another 🚩 6. respectfully disagreeing with the general consensus over matters that are adiaphora results in canceling, excommunication, shunning, mass ghosting, broken relationships, black listing etc... 🚩 7. you've been convinced that no one outside of your group has been doing this Biblical thing, that you are the first and only ones (at least in a long time) being obedient in a particular area 🚩 If a church, movement, organization, on-line community, network, or whatever form a group of people has taken on, possesses any number of these traits, there is a strong possibility what you are dealing with is a cult. It may not have started out that way, it might not even be one yet, but it is likely on its way to becoming one. Cults tend to evolve as leaders become more and more sure of their position. Don't ignore the red flags.

She started out as a Leftist and is returning to form. It’s not surprising if you know the context.

Candace isnt saying follow her to the promised land. She only promises TRUTH. Something you probably know nothing about

Jealous Candace is #1 in the world and you are not?
Replying to @alisa_childers
I'm glad some people are picking up that is going on with candice. However if we applied that to other people that we listen to on a regular basis. Like say certain media personalities or dare I say sermons from our local pastor's pulpit how many of us will find the same things?
Replying to @alisa_childers
I have not listened to Candace much, but I do have questions about the official story. There are a lot of holes and the TPUSA people are behaving strangely. Check out @realbaronpod to learn why people are asking questions.

Sounds like somebody is jealous? There's a lot of people on YouTube that have the same tactics. To focus on one person like she's the only one Is telling me that the problem is personal between you & her? Thinking this attack will make you look better? It won't.

She's has shown text messages between Charlie and her. She analyzes actual video footage from that day. She follows leads that other concerned citizens send her. What's manipulative/cult-ish about that? She's not forcing her fans to do anything other than think critically.

Before leaving DW she produced some good material but after she had to rebrand. Now she’s joined the lucrative conspiracy niche and like a charismatic service she uses tactics to orchestrate fervor, she is fueled by her audience. I wonder if her marriage is okay. She needs prayer

I have Candace fatigue. Remember when we were all talking about helping those who picking up their bible or going to church for the 1st time. I think that is the legacy that Charlie wanted. Not all these conspiracy theories.

I agree. I was letting my anger for these people take over but God convicted me. Now I just Pray for all of them to open thier eyes. So many of them claim to know Christ but if you go to thier timeline, it's just post after post of conspiracies about Charlie. Nothing biblical

I like cults so this isn’t the greatest argument for me :) I’m a Candace cult fan, but I have to admit about 80% of what she says I feel like I’m being stabbed. I just feel she deserves loyalty because of the stands she has taken in the past.
Replying to @alisa_childers
The problem is, that's almost everything in our culture. All of those things apply to our politics, media, and so on. Its not just her.

Candace is off the path, but that doesn't mean Ben Shapiro will get the support that was going to her. Ben is not acceptable.
