I'll be using this and I miss Shyp where you could just hand someone a thing with no packaging and it would get there.

Congrats. Maybe a good topic for @CurbivoreNews in March.

First of all, stop exploiting your runners. Value your couriers, no one is your slave. Remove the rating system. Pay reasonable wages

This is going to save me so money on stitch fix and Amazon returns which will actually get returned now instead of piling up in my office closet!

Hey - Andy we've been doing this at @getboxhero for a while and love to find a way to partner. We chatted briefly at @CollisionHQ early last year.
Your product makes my life better. Thank you for your hard work.

For those who don't know: USPS does free next day pickup of all packages. (schedule on website) UPS and Fedex, DHL do same day one time pickups for ~$6. Same day express can be done before certain hours for a similar price.

The worst part of this is how little anyone talks about the humans tasked with carrying out these task. Those same dashers @PrabirAdarkar and @t_xu abuse and exploit. Maybe put more time and effort into talking to the people actually dashing and maybe not outsourcing support

Tried using it today. A couple of feedback: 1. It requires the item to be packaged in a box with a shipping label pasted on it. This adds some friction. I would just love to handover the product box to the dasher 2. Item value should be < $100

Instead of adding new things make the app work first. Also pay your dashers a decent wage. This is a horrible order. One the miles are too high for the pay. Second the dasher will drive right by another taco bell on the way to deliver!!!

Smart, I was also thinking you can pay someone to build things for you. You take a picture/text of the website or link of the product and then there's an algorithm who assigns jobs to local Dashers. Maybe run a beta on that. Dash-Builders or something. Gl!

This will be super useful. Reminds me of @DunzoIt in India who have added many more “delivery” services over just food/groceries.

Hi Andy. Do you have any suggestions on contacting someone in your customer service to resolve a serious issue with one of your drivers? No one in your organization likes to return calls.
