One thing I notice in SF is the blurred lines between work and play time e.g. people performative coding at bars / parties signaling “hustle”. This is extremely peasant-coded and not conducive to great work imo.
History’s elites and greats kept strict borders and took leisure very seriously. It was viewed as a strict requirement to enable great work. Leonardo painted by day and staged court masquerades by night. Churchill drafted war speeches after champagne lunches and silk‑robed baths. Greek philosophers held week‑long wine‑soaked symposia that forged politics. Steve Jobs took long, device‑free walks in the hills that seeded the iPhone.
Work ferociously, build something magical, then close the lid; feast, dance, and wander. Live at the extremes. If you can’t stay off your laptop, skip the party.

Super dystopian thinking about the brainstorming meetings and discussions that were done to design the deployment system for the pain slinky.
Alasan agenda padat ini ngga terlalu tepat kecuali mereka ngecek juga satu persatu apakah benar semua orang di jalan yang harus mengalah agendanya lebih tidak padat.
Gw kurang paham ama org2 yg komplain dengan pejabat (mentri pres wapres atau gub dll) yg kl dijalan pake pengawal yg ngebuka jalan, Coba Deh kita duduk berimbang… menurut ge ya, kl itu dilakukan dalam melaksanakan TUGAS rasanya pantas lah. Agenda sebegitu banyak , tanpa pengawalan bgitu WAKTU bs abis dijalan. Kecuali agenda pribadi mau leyeh2 karaokean 😂

Catfish are my favorite bony fish group by a wide margin. They range from parasites to apex predators, super venomous to electric, marine to fresh water. They suffocate dolphins, kill manatees, and send people to the hospital when stepped on or mishandled. Awesome group of fish!!
