Hell no, only qualified legals only who can contribute to our societies, only those who assimilate, the EU should learn lessons from what Germany, France, and Sweden have turned into, if anything we should be taking lessons from Poland.

When too many of legals of a certain group are present, any new arrival from the same group has les and less chance of assimilation.

That's why you limit numbers, you need incentives to keep your own people in work first and fill the gaps with the next best group of people, and yes legal people still need to be limited and assimilated, you can't let a breeding ground like that happen.
