I have a service for that. I charge per minute of "interactions" - call, text, gym buddy, walk buddy. My service rates are affordable, but more expensive than when clients seek out by themselves

When you greet them at the grocery store, they ignore you! Invite them to Nigerian groups in the town they live in, they form bigmanism. Invite them for end of year party, they pick shift. Ask for phone number, they think you want to date - yet, Konji wan kill them. See, I tire!

Nigeria was interesting because our parents and family members built the backbone of the community we enjoyed. Now it’s time to build another one for the future. It’s not easy but it’s also not difficult. And it will take time. God help us all

Go out- No Make friends/acquittance at religious gathering- you say someone is out to get you. Grocery store- headset is on Go to the park during summer- No Hangout/parties- No Network on social media- Classism ( PR, student/refugees, Tourist visa segregation)

No o. They want to stay at home and let the community find them. I dislike it when people come here to complain about loneliness. It’s the one thing I’ve never experienced because I put myself out there the moment I landed.

This! My first year, I struggled. Now I have a friend group of the kindest people ever, we see each other literally every week, we show up for each other in every way. I didn't even know I had it in me to be this friend but they brought out the best in me fr.
