🚨🧵Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego has officially denied students the right to form a Turning Point USA chapter.
Though strong student support was evident with more than 200 students expressing interest, the university’s decision sent a clear message about which voices it values.
The denial of a TPUSA chapter underscores a spiritual and ideological crisis within Christian higher education: an erosion of conviction under the weight of cultural conformity.
In recent weeks, I’ve spoken with more people than I can count—students, staff, former donors, Nazarene church members, and community leaders. The message was unanimous: PLNU has traded conviction for compromise.
To parents and donors, they sell the illusion of a “Christ-centered education.” But behind classroom doors, the truth is undeniable: the agenda is unmistakably progressive.
PLNU’s decision is not an isolated incident. It’s part of a growing pattern of suppression: targeting conservative viewpoints, silencing dissent, and surrendering biblical conviction to the demands of progressivism.
PLNU can’t claim to be “Christ-centered” while slandering Truth and stifling faith.
