Today, Nadia and I celebrate 16 years of a healthy, happy marriage — after being inseparable for more than 23 years.
With my greying hair has come the wisdom to truly understand the value of monogamy. It’s hard to believe that I once questioned the purpose of marriage — that was before I had the inner strength to honor my word through the sacred act of a vow.
I’ve come to realize that when a man lives faithfully within his vow of husbandry, that vow becomes a compass — guiding him toward his deepest purpose and highest vision for existence.
And when that vow gives birth to children, that vision expands beyond measure.
Today — and every day — I honor my incredible wife. Nadia is the most consistent and loving human being I’ve ever had the privilege of knowing.
She has stood firmly by my side through it all — the dark and the light — without ever wavering or wondering.
She has never tried to change me or fix me. She simply loves me as I am.
And through that unconditional love, I’ve become the man my mother worked so hard to raise.
Thank you, Nadia. You’ve awakened in me a love I never knew was possible.
Your man…
