Smashing Machine is available for purchase on digital On demand tonight at midnight! Officially November 4th. Apple has two alternate/deleted scenes (scenes from other parts of Marks life) my director commentary which is me speaking to an imaginary person in the room, so it’s essentially a two hour conversation with an imaginary person being the viewer. Oh yes, and there’s also the 16 mm camera test that I made and acted in before shooting the movie. I’m so excited for people to see the movie! This photo is when I took when we finalized all of the prosthetics for Dwayne. He looked at me and there he was… I saw Mark and I had to take a photo of it so here is that photo!

Captain Phillips was the last performance from Tom Hanks that really felt like a “Tom Hanks” performance. He’s made good films & done good work in the 12 years since this, but Hanks just hasn’t had the mustard on his fastball like he did back in 2013. Hanks is unbelievable here.
