VA Democrats unseated a 36-yr incumbent who represents a Trump +8.5 county tonight.
Call: Democrats have flipped VA HD-66, with Nicole Cole defeating Bobby Orrock.
This is a stunning upset that just encapsulates how much of a disaster tonight has become for the GOP.
Bobby Orrock was first elected in 1989 and has almost always won re-election by landslide margins. He was an institution in Spotsylvania County, which has also voted for Spanberger in an equally shocking upset.

AUDIO: U.S. Rep. Derrick Van Orden (R-WI) said on "The John Fredericks Show" in December 2024 that if Republicans cannot pass a budget with both chambers of Congress and the president, "we do not deserve to be in the majority, period."
"So, I'll say that again real clear. When we have unified government, if we can't get our 12 appropriations bills through and a budget passed, then we do not deserve to be in the majority, period."
