When did the practice of making death masks fall out of fashion? You'd think the technology would have advanced now such that famous people could produce sculptural likenesses of themselves to last in perpetuity. For whatever reason, people aren't interested in that form of immortality anymore. In any case, here is a bronze cast of Napoleon's face at the time of his passing.
