I can’t believe how bad the takes are from the bitcoin community on a 50 year mortgage.
If you use a 50 year mortgage, you’re not going to keep it for 50 years.
The majority of people that use 30 year mortgages are paid off in 10 years. Generally, because they sell the house.
Same thing will happen here. You’ll get a 50 year mortgage but keep it less than 10 years.
The lower payment will allow you to stack more bitcoin.
