Saw a video of a minister’s cavalcade driving on the wrong side of Highway because of an unprecedented jam near Mumbai. What should have prompted him to pull up authorities and act on resolving this problem instead led to his cavalcade taking the wrong way to reach its destination. Ghodbunder road and NH 48 near Mumbai are facing severe congestion, leading to hours of delay. Especially due to repair works taken up by authorities at Ghodbunder road.
