Azerbaijan was never a wine country. The best known wineries in Azerbaijan always belonged to Armenians. Azerbaijan was rather a spirit country. Young people prefer beers of course, but once you are past 30, you upgrade to araq. Wine is getting popular among women, however.
Turkey strongly preferring beer is a disgrace. Turkey should be a wine country. Ahh! How Turkey has fallen! Where are the good old "âlem-i âb"! I will never forgive Kemalists for erasing Ottoman fine culture!

We also have tons of data on language and alphabet, they didn't even touch for a second on that topic...
Varaz Grigor was appointed as king by Emperor Heraclius, not Sassanids. It was also Göktürks who attacked the Sassanids alongside Eastern Rome, not the Khazars. And Sassanids didn't depose Varaz Grigor, he lived well until 654!

Mihranids were not the Sassanid cadet branch, they were Parthian and Mihran clan was one of the most powerful in Parthia.

How can Vachagan III be a son of Yazdegerd II and a brother of Vache II at the same time. Is he an Arsacid or Sassanid??? Decide.

In video, it says Peroz opened the Darial gates to let White Huns in but they were nowhere near the North Caucasus... Darial Gorge is where the Alans lived. White Huns lived in the East, near Afghanistan. They are also the ones who killed Peroz...

There are a lot of problems with this video. Especially considering the Christianization of Albania. How come Urnayr was baptized alongside Trdat III when he was from the same generation as King Pap, his great-grandson?! He fought against Christian Armenians.

I did not expect such a lazy and less quality video from a channel like "Kings andGenerals". They took whatever was written in Soviet times and made it a video without consulting modern scholarship. piped.video/mwijpopq87k?si=Jx8F…

Pathetic.
I compensate for this by being popular and outgoing (I am fine with foreigners). But in exile, you sometimes need a person who shares your native language and has some kind of political awareness.

I am not saying I am above the criticisms, but not belonging to any camp so far saved me from such drama. Cons of this of course is to be usually alone emotionally and physically. I don't have any support group, basically.

Not sure how, but I’m still connected to all Azerbaijani activists, journalists and politicians in exile who can’t stand each other. I try to come up with a project and next day it falls out because X doesn't want to be together with Y.

As a result of this interview, Afiyaddin Mammadov was deprived of his right to make phone calls in prison and was told he is forbidden to do. Prison leadership also incites other inmates into conflict with him. This is the government we have to deal with every day.
Despite being in prison @UlviyyaAli still does journalism. This time she interviewed Afiyaddin Mammadov ulviyyaali.com/interview-wit…

I know that there is no God but if I was Jew/Christian, bringing up Jesus to defend a political argument would be the last thing I would do.
