i can't even switch to linux for a better development environment because i dont wanna lose any of my data, and my siblings also use my laptop so it's even harder to switch ughhhh
especially when modern software is so fucking laggy, I'd rather learn assembly and cook up a small nes game on windows 97 than the half an hour it takes to open godot for some reason
i think my biggest roadblock whenever i try to come back to game development is art, it's so frustrating not being able to get a single sprite right or a single sound effect and it fully strips all my motivation to keep working on the project and it ends up abandoned :/
