I know there is a lot going on today...
But it's been two years today since the murder of George Floyd. And we still need to say that #BlackLivesMatter .
So I'm asking for all of us non-Black and White folks to take a moment today to do two things today:
1) Think of *one* thing more you can to do to understand and actively participate in addressing the racial inequities and racism in your direct sphere of influence.
2) Pick a specific date prior to next year today to do #1.
Stretch goal: go ahead and do that one thing today.

Don't reply here with your answers. This thread is a reminder only.
I know it's uncomfortable, but it is necessary.
I know some of you have already done work here, but more is still needed.
Happy to add concrete ideas for #1 to this thread (starting w/ my basic ones)...
Idea: if at a company w/ real, meaningful racial equity and anti-racist training, take it and begin doing the work it demands.
Idea: Buy, read, and begin to act upon ibramxkendi.com/how-to-be-an…
Idea: Pay to attend, internalize and act upon being-antiracist.com/#/
Idea: If at a company w/o real, meaningful racial equity and anti-racist training, organize w/n your company to hire Kim Crayton (or another professional in this space) to run such a training for your company.
