1월부터 분야별로 R&D 예산 계획을 세워나가는데, 올해는 6월28일 국가재정전략회의에서 윤석열 대통령의 ‘제로베이스 검토’ 지시가 떨어진 이후 8월까지 두 달 사이에 예산안이 다시 짜였다.
