YouTube TV and Disney failed to reach a new carriage deal — meaning all Disney-owned programming is now off YouTube TV. That includes ABC, ESPN, and other Disney channels — plus any recordings from those networks in your Library are no longer accessible.

the best part about having YouTube TV is that every month, you get a message telling you that you may lose about 5 channels. don’t know which ones but it’s a fun little game they love playing

The best part is they just lost some pretty big channels and they have the balls to say “nbd, we’ll give you a 20 spot to make up for it.”

Then another email the price is about to increase 😂😂 shit was $56 in 2020

Yup. Oh and guessing what the price increase is going to be is always a fun game too. When we signed on years back it was like $40 with double the channels they have now.

And I love the every 6 month email that tells me I have to pay more for less

That’s because youtubeTV tries to stand up for its customers. But eventually we cry/unsubscribe enough for them to give in and then our rates go up

Don’t forget the messages at the top of the screen passing by about what channels they are fighting with.

Oh and also we're increasing the price okay thanks bye!

As they raise our prices. Cable might be cheaper at this point

I’m only on YouTubeTV for NFL and Baseball postseason 😭😭

Don’t forget the every month price increase message.

And then increase your price once a year. Love it. Had to cancel, couldn’t deal with their shit anymore.

YouTube TV operated at a loss for many years, and finally managed to squeeze out a little profit in 2024. It's the networks, not the providers that are the problem. Networks keep demanding higher and higher carriage fees and that is the reason prices keep going up.
Let them go and lower my monthly cost. These channels are unwatchable anymore!
Pretty common on cable too
Anddd that’s why I have Hulu live
and the price increases too
While raising the rates
Then they bring them back then raise your price!
Just about had enough of both of these companies
Are you gonna comment this on every post😂💀
ESPN and Disney had this same dispute with Dish Network and Direct TV, causing ESPN to go off the air for weeks on both TV providers. This is Disney being greedy and trying to force customers to use Hulu Live TV, which is owned by Disney.

Don't blame YouTube for that . Disney wants you on their sports app. Plain and simple. They don't want to sell to YouTube TV.. why they aren't negotiating a deal.

Literally every month. But hey take this 20 dollar one month credit on your bill that has increased by 400% in one year

So basically, they remind you that they will never be providing continuous coverage of what you're paying for each time they ask for your money? That is an interesting choice.
ESPN was the problem here
Just admit you’re refusing to sign a deal because you want more people to sign up for your stupid little $30 a month package before jacking the price to $60 a month next year
