I didn't build this user interface to watch planes fly over me on ADSB but it sure makes good test data
Solo hardware founder dream: a version of Cursor that communicates over phone call so I can command my army of AI devs while fucking around in the machine shop

We processed terabytes of nautical chart, bathymetry & historical ship data - And all we got was this lousy AI sailor endowed with the collective knowledge of millions
We're rolling out our Point-to-Point Routing API in select to our pilot customers. Watch how the algorithm routes to avoid shallows & follows fairways. We're constantly improving our system and checking it against the domain knowledge of expert boaters.

When I was a kid, I accidentally hit Ctrl + Alt + Down, which on Intel integrated graphics flipped the screen orientation. I didn’t understand what was happening, so we flipped the monitor and propped it on some books. It stayed like this for 10 years
- Spends 10 minutes investigating a weird highlighting issue. - Realizes that there's a pile of stuff sitting over the rarely used game controller stashed somewhere in a drawer, but connected. A button was held pressed.

Nothing makes me happier than seeing something I've built get used in another project! @tobieapb building a maritime intelligence platform:
I should get back to work,… but 3D nautical charts are cool to me! 🤷

Pretty cool that you can make out the details of major offshore projects simply by the paths of the vessels running line surveys, installing equipment etc.

Product idea: a pocket knife which looks like a pair of calipers, so you can whip it out to open boxes and horrify your coworkers

We need: more unmanned boats more widgets for unmanned boats more factories building unmanned boats more energy systems for unmanned boats more ways of destroying unmanned boats

Nothing fills me with more rage than a call center phone line which automatically hangs up on you instead of letting you wait for an agent

Incredible how quickly a shop (of any size) goes from empty to full of stuff
