Customer in #StanfordLeHope last week purchased new #HP desktop base unit to replace ageing #PackardBell. We left their home having setup & configured the new computer, making use of existing monitor, transferred all data & installed all required applications plus antivirus.

Performing a remote checkup for a client in #SouthOckendon this morning. They have been using #Ubuntu #Linux on their ageing laptop for six months now without a single issue. Checking email, shopping, typing letters and spreadsheets. The laptop was not able to run #Windows11.

Provided telephone support today for a client in #Ipswich. They have reinstalled their soon to be obsolete #Windows10 laptop with #LinuxMint but had trouble getting their printer working. They found our details on the #EndOf10 website. All resolved now. endof10.org
This #laptop will not run #Windows11 so we suggested reinstalling with #Ubuntu #linux instead. This was a perfect fit for the customer as they only use the laptop for basic web browsing, banking and email. Now they can enjoy many more safe years of using their existing laptop.
