This poetically mirrors a theme I covered in my new 15,000 substack piece. Pain is a divine catalyst for uncovering. This is an excerpt "Healing as a man is one of the most intriguing and internally deep phenomena. Where fractal solutions of being, trauma, self scope, self image, childhood experiences and societal pressures all come into one mixing pot determining the accuracy and speed to a persons ascent back into the spotlight of their own life. You think you’ve had this immense fall from heaven or grace and the truth is the majority of people haven’t even noticed Men due to their usual characteristically testosterone fuelled disagreeable nature can be stuck in resistance regarding natures divine hand sculpting seasons within their lives and sculpting the adequate paths forward within those seasons, there can be resentment to the pathways and conclusions the world is asking for, all suffering at its heart is resistance. The more we resist, the more we make ourselves bound, men are anxious to change their circumstances but are unwilling to change themselves; funny how life works Once we let go of resistance and our previously held opinions and begin to look upon each new situation with a light touch, a joyousness and a willingness to adapt, its more than likely new circumstances will unfold, as our soul and our perception widens by letting go of resistance and enabling ourselves to be more expansive with our choices and more free flowing with our soul we realise the world receives a direct adjustment based on the fine tuning of our own internal frequencies. Change is adaptation, adaptation is progress, progress is growth, always growing is a catalyst for a life well lived; there is no shame in being wrong. I admire people deeply who can admit their faults with candour and speak on negative things with a cutting ruthless honesty. Incredibly rare trait. Observing the world receives a direct adjustment based on the fine tuning of our own internal frequencies for the first time can be shocking, invigorating, awe inspiring, overwhelming and humbling all in one swift swing of the knife of clarity and spiritual law These spurts and puddles of resistance internally hold gems of wisdom and real life insight, your shadow and your pain and your anxiety and issues are always trying to teach you something if you can just listen, there are paradigms within you grinding gears and crushing into each other as some of it needs gentle remodelling in order to bring you into more beautiful and harmonious alignment with the unspoken, unseen, yet certainly and deeply felt truths of this world; the more off balance and out of sync we are with the laws of the universe the more resistance and calamity we feel This gentle remodelling of the soul begins through the understanding of ones own mental flaws, humility, honesty; the bright sun of wisdom can only shine down on your mistakes and give you a platform of knowledge to exalt yourself if you're willing to ruthlessly self discover and incur pain, shame, guilt and regret. It can be painful to look at but all these painful things in life, self perceived lack of awareness, lack of sureness in one’s own ideas and a faint belief in the back of the soul that there is development to be garnered here and a hunch which is proven true always by god that the more you look for ways to meticulously sharpen your world the sharper it will become; can be the very foundations of your ascent, your growth, your new version of self blossoming, embrace uncertainty and go and explore it in true spiritual masculine Christopher Colombus fashion, there are gems of wisdom in there waiting to be added to your armoury, make your uncertainty serve you and utilise every bout of it as another step on the rung up to successs and harmony

Growing up as an actress I had A LOT of videos, pictures, assets of me online. Only in my late teens I started to feel how all of this is affecting my personal life in a negative way. My parents struggled to help me and I had to look for support in other places. We can do better.
Kids grow up online before they can even spell their names. Photos, data, identity. Logged forever. What should we be doing now to protect the next generation? This Space asks: ✦ How do we build safer digital spaces for kids? ✦ What worries you most about raising kids in a data-driven world? ✦ How do you balance parenting in Web3 with protecting your child’s privacy? We’re calling parents, psychologists, philosophers, lawyers; anyone with insight into how kids will grow up in a digital future. What questions should we discuss? If you feel you have valuable insights, get in contact with us.

The days are long but the decades are short. You don't have as much time as you think you do. Your new mantra is: Do it now. Do it now. Do it now. If something can be done in the present, there is absolutely no reason to wait. Delay is the enemy. Urgency must become second nature -- especially for the things that truly matter. Act as if hesitation could cost you everything, as if inaction would lead to irreversible loss. Picture the worst-case scenario if you don’t move now -- the kind of regret you’d carry for years.

Once you fix your life... you go against mediocrity. You go against the feeble-minded. You face isolation because you're doing what others are afraid to do -- chasing your goals. What's more: Carl Jung said: "No matter how isolated you are and how lonely you feel, if you do your work truly and conscientiously, unknown friends will come and seek you.” You will eventually find your people. Keep going.

This doesn't happen if you're surrounded by people who know what they want, believe they can get it & currently are making real progress that gets them there. And full integrity + a good heart (nature + nurture) ofc. You can see how truly rare this is.
The saddest thing about success is realizing how few people actually wanted to see you succeed. They smiled and cheered to your face but secretly hoped you’d fail. Learn to recognize that quiet envy. Cut those people from your life. Small circles create big outcomes.

Remember this: You are not responsible for the way your growth journey makes other people feel. Your growth exposes their insecurity. They'll tell you to be realistic. They'll belittle your ambitions. It's ok. It's natural. A cost of entry. Pay it with pride.

Think of how manifestation works Just like a woman The more desperate you are and the more you try to force it the more she runs the other way You must seduce the physical reality(divine feminine) into loving you(Christ/masculine/mental) & once you do, she will spoil you
You gotta flirt the universe, God is a woman

Google is now using Gemini to cross-reference ~250M places with Street View imagery to identify visible landmarks for turn-by-turn nav. Think iconic buildings, gas stations and restaurants. So instead of "turn right in 500 feet" you get "turn right after the Thai Siam Restaurant" with the landmark highlighted. AI solving the distance estimation problem by using what you can actually see. Rolling out in US.

I genuinely think we’re on the cusp of a new type of creation engine. Feels less like prompting and more like puppeteering reality itself. MotionStream is a taste of what’s to come:

99% of people from the USA and Europe have no idea. But this region is just as livable as the first world. For 1/5 of the cost. The bottom 3 states of Brazil, Uruguay, and the city of Buenos Aires: Very good infrastructure, completely safe (safer than many US states), strong European roots and aesthetics, clean, & peaceful. Not to mention, much of that coastline literally looks like the California coast. And houses and apartments still go for $50k.

Chronic inflammation has its own physiognomy. Even outside of being overweight, you can see when a person has been a long time sufferer of poor lifestyle habits. the integrity of their glow is lost. the physical material of the entire organism pushes itself outwards and folds inwards upon itself –– seen as decolourings, swellings, pimples, unwise wrinkles, thinned hair and exhausted expulsions every effort of growth is diminishing and toiling. But it doesn't take that long to rid yourself of this. This is the least permanent physiognomy of the body. Even before the final product, you'll find your health and glow in the process. Metabolism has its own vital roar - quiet and inwards. A pulling, dynamic, and magnetic force. An invisible glow takes shape around your body, it responds to your perfect nourishment. You're closer to your highest form.
When you finally reclaim your health after years of chronic stress you can feel the calm radiance that warms your pores Unmistakable. physically, you're buoyant, bountiful, flourishingly light. your aura is so dense because it carries the weight of your previous burdens

Rely on as few substances as possible. Quit them all tbh. Dignity is lost in useless dependence. I’m with you. This also applies to me. Your most dangerous high is the state of pure sobriety: No alcohol, no caffeine, no junk food, no nicotine, no gluttonous stimulation in any capacity. “OMG?? Let people have fun WTH!?” — lol. Thanks for your enthusiasm. The Adults are talking now. It’s dangerous because you know the type of person you’d become once you quit your vices. How long can you make feel good excuses? What’s even left? You’ve read, written, and exhausted all cope. You’ll finally have to confront your dreams and ideals directly. You’re pulled into that reality. It becomes tangible, no longer just a distant idea or bottomless pit to pour your dwindling ambition into. There’s no more inspiration, hustler grindset. No motivational videos or speeches. There’s no smiling veils left. Nothing. You’re face-to-face with the demons that hid behind those distracting vices for the first time in your life. The higher your potential, the more demons are assigned to you. I promise. How you deal with them is up to you.

A lot of men are so focused on exterior Aura but their internal Aura is absolute piss. Spirits so weak they are wrecked after one night of drinking and little sleep. Can't summon their spirit at will As soon as things don't go their way they start freaking out. Aura is predicated on your ability to control chaos with ease, not the colorful scarf you wear around your pencil neck. They lack retard strength. They lack Spirit

Phone addiction is cortisol, not a dopamine problem. doomscrolling meets your unmet needs of novelty, connection, and excitement—temporarily calming your nervous system. but because your phone doesn’t nourish you long term, cortisol increases. your bodies survival feels threatened because it believes it lost something. the moment you lower overall cortisol, is the moment your phone addiction dies. some practical ways to lower cortisol: > dancing > buteyko breathing > daily breathwork > eat enough carbs & sodium > supp magnesium glycinate > EMDR/bioenergetic exercise > physiological sigh’s > healthy social connection > sprinting 1-2x weekly save this for later + send to a friend who’s addicted to their phone lol.
