based on longstanding US laws requiring a right to due process and right to asylum. We don't even know if any of the children are US citizens. They were just forced on a plane in the middle of the night with no review.

These children mostly do not have living parents (because there is an existing repatriation process for children with known living parents). They were just going to dump them off a plane in Guatemala. ICE are monsters.
