so, @RaylsLabs testnet is active and here is an easy step-by-step guide anyone can follow to use it.
<> what you need:
- an EVM wallet (e.g. MetaMask/Rabby).
- one wallet address you’ll use for everything (loyalty and DEX).
- a few minutes of patience.
<> step one: join the loyalty program (FUUL).
- open the loyalty program.
- create an account (or log in).
- connect the same wallet you will use on the DEX.
- complete a few tasks to earn Rayls Points (RP).
- you will need at least 1 RP to proceed to the dApp.
- if RP doesn’t show up instantly, remember the patience I told you to get at the beginning, it will come in handy now.
<> step two: use the Rayls DEX (devnet).
- go to the DEX: https://devnet-dapp(.)rayls(.)com
connect your wallet
– must be the same wallet that earned RP.
– you should already have ≥1 RP.
<> step 3: set up your portfolio (one-time).
– add Rayls L1 Testnet to your wallet (approve in your wallet popup).
– add RXP to your wallet.
– click Mint 100 RXP (everyone gets the same amount on testnet).
<> step 4: get gas (faucet).
– request the USD gas token (this pays your transaction fees on testnet).
– approve in your wallet when prompted.
<> make your first swap.
- go to Swap.
- add USDT-r (the testnet stable) to your wallet.
- swap.
- select RXP → USDT-r.
- enter an amount (e.g., 10–50 RXP).
- confirm the swap in your wallet.
- verify. check your wallet balances or the Portfolio page to see USDT-r received.
done? congratulations, you just rode the rails.
<> a few heads up if your RP (Rayls Points) don’t show right away in FUUL:
- it is normal. the system queues a lot of actions.
- your tasks are still tracked.
- RP will appear once processing catches up.
<> here are also some common hiccups and quick fixes without disturbing the team:
- “wallet not eligible”? make sure it’s the same wallet you used on FUUL and that it has ≥1 RP.
- “can’t add network/token”? re-open the site and approve the wallet prompts; disable any strict privacy extensions for this tab.
- “swap stuck/pending”? refresh, reconnect wallet, ensure you claimed the USD gas token, then retry with a smaller amount (e.g. 5–10 RXP).
- balances not updating? toggle networks in your wallet or refresh the Portfolio page.
