An account with over 130k followers, built through consistent and authentic engagement, was suspended for impersonation, despite no actual impersonation taking place. The user followed protocol and appealed over 6 weeks ago, with no response to date.
After being instructed to submit a new case, attempts were made — but the system is not registering it, leaving no way to proceed.
A fair review is all that’s being requested. Kindly escalate this to the relevant team.
