I managed to add a live chat button to an application without a stupid floating button. It's not that hard.
One thing that SaaS companies need to learn if they're going to chase enterprise customers: You really need to support multiple environments with clean separation. We'll gladly pay for those environments. A pox on you if I have to put a prod connection string into lower envs.
