South Africa stands at a critical moment where our pursuit of justice - past and present - is being tested again. On one hand, the long-delayed Truth and Reconciliation Commission cases, tied to the unfinished business of our painful history, are finally moving into public oral hearings. On the other hand, in the present day, we have seen major developments in the case of Kiernan “AKA” Forbes and Tebello “TIBZ” Motsoane. These two matters may seem separate, but they speak to the same question: Does South Africa still have the institutional courage and the administrative capacity to deliver justice without fear or favour? #SouthAfricanMorning #DStv403

In the AKA and Tibz matter, we are what KZN General to prove to SA that he is really going after the big fish by arresting the master mind whom we all know to be Moses Tembe through the CGaba brothers or are cartels in KZN the exempted from prosecution 😏

You omitted to mention the rascist policies of discrimination against minorities, theft of land without compensation and other oppressive laws .
