I’ve always wondered how were the Kavanaugh Protests not considered an insurrection, warranting prison terms of up to 22 years? People stormed a government building with the intent to interfere with official business (confirmation of Supreme Court Justice).

Double standards at play. Political bias dictates the narrative, not the law. It's clear who the media and establishment protect.

The FBI is a Democrat institution because it pays low and promises pension retirement. Everything else follows.

Rules for thee and not for we. I think that’s the tagline of the Democrat party.

Good point. Double standards from the left never cease to amaze.

They didn’t just have intent to interfere. They did interfere… remember when Flake changed his mind after being confronted in the elevator??

They had positive media coverage because they have “the right” politics. Get it?

Don't forget Chuck Schumer's threatening rant on the steps of the Supreme Court. Why is it any other American would be sent to prison for many years?

Those hearings were a turning point in so many ways. Watching Senator after Senator saunter up to a press podium to argue how a citizen coming before an arm of the national govt was entitled to no due process, had no right to confront witnesses or examine evidence against then, should just take one for the team as a white man, and how it was just a job interview woke me entirely up. The mask didn’t just drop, it vanished. And once you see that, you can’t unsee it.

Democrats can't commit crimes. They are just and morally superior. It is the law that is wrong.

Protesting outside justices houses is a felony. No arrests were made.

Corrupt justice system because Democrats politicized and corrupted federal hiring for the DOJ, FBI primarily and then down the Alphabet list based on their criteria of importance. How does the federal workforce unions donate and support Democrats at 90%?

You missed the part where these are all democrats. They are immune from prosecution. Hope this helps. ;)

It’s all about the narrative, isn’t it? I guess some protests are just more “insurrection-y” than others! 🤔
Replying to @ericmmatheny
Why, exactly, was this number of people allowed to attempt to obstruct official business?
Replying to @ericmmatheny
Those were 'good' protests, Jan 6 was a 'bad' protest. It's so simple.
