Typical Zuma. Arrive late and wants a grand entrance. Well done to the IEC security for not bowing to the criminal thug from Nkandla. Zuma is an ordinary citizen and must be seated before the president speaks. He knows the rules very well.

International protocol dictates that all guests arrive and be seated before the sitting President arrives. He knows that as a former President.

Good. He must not be allowed to repeat what he did at the ANC Conference. He must respect the people of South Africa. Makahlale until it's finished.

Did @PresJGZuma want to make a grand entrance, during @CyrilRamaphosa speech. He knew what time the results were being conveyed. Time for grandstanding is over, your antics will not be tolerated, you are no longer protected by the @MYANC

He intentionally wanted to walk in while the president was speaking so he could steal the show and disrupt the proceedings. Why not walk in with everyone before the program started?
