5 months ago: - 92kg - severe back pain - constant neck pain - constant tired legs - unhealthy lifestyle, zero exercise Today: - 76kg - no pain - fit, strong core, strong full body - exercise 4 times/w - can do 80pushups, 80 jump squats, 40 burpees and 120 high knees in 25mins.

Most important lesson learned? don’t buy cloths during the transition or you’d have no cloths.

Thanks dude. Yeah, have a little home office/ gym with free weights, bands and a single gym bar. Thinking about turning the storage room to an extended gym.

Thank you! It’s really like you can’t do it for a long time until a morning you wake up and suddenly can do push ups. But from there, the repetition increases pretty fast.
