I think there should be 2 photodiodes or whatever they've used for detection, so that the speed can be calculated and the jump time be adjusted accordingly as speed increases.

Nope we don't ... we change the code! ► Hit "F12" ► Paste Runner.prototype.gameOver = function (){}; at the "Console" prompt Others... ► Runner.instance_.tRex.setJumpVelocity(15); to increase jump height ► Runner.instance_.setSpeed(1000); to increase speed
