Plus there is no investigation on the safety issues complaints. Now you have made captain Manish Uppal the boss and paid him a handsome salary. 11 year old Boeing 787 Dreamliner Hull should have been insured for over $100 million, i.e., ~860 crore. AI announced 1 crore for each passenger, that's 240 crore + crew around 20-30 crore and Airline left with 600 crore for the old aircraft. There are other insurances like Passenger liability, third party liability, baggage damage, etc. But who brings back those died for their loved ones?

Air India also ignored red flags issued by DGCA and kept operating . What are your thoughts on Celebi maintaining this specific aircraft? Judiciary also halted Air India's decision to get rid of celebi. Too much red tapism is never good. Is DGCA the new UN?USELESS.
