Insecurity in Nigeria is massively under reported, used for propaganda and Pr, the fact that you can't travel 100km outside capital cities without feeling nervous is crazy, and the govt are tone deaf pretending like all is good and their PR people push it.
The Holy Qur’an addressed them as such so why will we try to change it? And how is it derogatory?

Yesterday night, bandits loyal to Bello Turji invaded Dan Maliki community in Kalgo ward, Sabon-Birni LGA, Sokoto State. They killed & injured people and also abducted at least 20 people both male & female during the invasion.
This came less than 24 hours after another attack linked to Bello Turji’s group in Bargaja community, Isa LGA, also in Sokoto East Senatorial District.
Communities across the district are living in fear, uncertain of who may be targeted next. Government and security agencies should please reinforce forces across the district, intensify coordinated operations and work urgently to secure the safe return of all abducted civilians.

Yesterday night, Lakurawa attack Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) checkpoint in Maje, Bagudu LGA of Kebbi State. One Customs officer was confirmed k*lled during the attack. The attackers reportedly arrived on motorcycles and opened fire before withdrawing towards the border forests.
This incident comes shortly after another major security development in the same LGA. On the evening of October 31st, Lakurawa abducted the Deputy Speaker of the Kebbi State House of Assembly during a raid in Bagudu town. The lawmaker was rescued yesterday evening following a security-led rescue operation, though details of the operation remain undisclosed.
Residents report heightened fear and movement restrictions as the group continues to assert presence across rural communities in Bagudo LGA, exploiting the remote terrain along the Nigeria–Benin and Nigeria-Niger borders corridor.
From what I’ve seen from the recent comments, a lot of the northern X handles are firmly supporting the elimination of the bandits. Unless you want to push an agenda .
When you look around the TL, you will see how people up north are being defensive about the elimination of the bandits and terrorists who are killing their people. Same thing with people who have been defending the atrocities of IPOB/ESN.
These people know those terrorists and still want to protect them. I can never understand why

“Local Government Area of Kano State have fled their homes following a series of banditry incursions that have left several villages deserted in the past week.
Many affected families are now taking refuge in Faruruwa community and Shanono town, with reports indicating that entire households have abandoned their homes, farms and livestock out of fear.
