By "all the old episodes" you mean all 8 seasons of the 1993 show? because that world be cool right now paramount plus only has the first 3 seasons.

The three "seasons" on Paramount Plus are actually the three volumes of the show released on DVD as "The Mike Judge Collection". A large portion of the original series was comprised of music videos that had to be removed from the show due to licensing rights.
