American master stylists know how to color your hair such that it grows out beautifully. This hair here, I had my white hairdresser color my hair and this is 6 months of grow out. If your hairdresser understands different textures and how to select colors based on how it will grow out that DEF works too.

The greatest thing I did for my hair as an Asian woman was only go to Asian hairdressers. Supercuts will never do you any justice even tho $20 is cheap. The investment in a hairdresser who specializes in Asian hair has a high ROI. Japanese and Korean hairdressers in the US have often trained in their respective countries for years. They only come to the US when they feel they have a certain level of mastery on Asian hair. Left is me at 21 still figuring out what to do with a lot of Asian hair. It would take me 60 minutes to curl it everyday. Right is me now. I have Asian hairdressers color my hair too. And it takes me 10-15 minutes to style now. There are 20 year old young men who've never approached a woman irl in their lives and try dating apps first. They won't get matches and wrongfully believe that it's a reflection of them when 90% of the time that's simply not the case. It's the male equivalent of a 20 year old woman believing she has to look like an insta "model" to be perceived as attractive. So she uses too many filters and gets excessive amounts of work done complete with overly done makeup. But it's not true that she needs all that neither that attractive if they do that. Apps don't get easier for men as they get older either unless they they have 99th percentile accomplishments over the years alongside a glow up.
