Yes it's about Farage and Trump. Farage wants away with BBC despite Laura k etc all giving Reform a way bigger spot than they deserve or is due. Farage baited Trump with a donks old story. Trump calls it election interference despite election having occurred b4 Jan 6th. "DEFUND"

Top priority for @BBCNews must be to STOP being led by the press. We don’t have a ‘free press’ in the UK, we have a press free from any regulation or responsibility, hard right and pro-Israel. Newspaper reviews are of no value. @Telegraph and @DailyMail should be blacklisted.

Emily Maitlis promises nuance; the troll farm swoops in perfect unison. Dozens of almost identical, outraged takes, timing surgical, tone uniform. It’s less criticism, more a swarm of locusts in slow motion — impressive coordination, leaving nothing but faux indignance.

People are done with gender crap, and for the @bbc to uphold the complaints against @MartineBBC was outrageous. I hope you will be calling out the part that activist staff at the BBC have played in bringing about its plummeting reputation, hastening the Corporation's demise.

Tim Davie & Deborah Turness have fallen on their swords to protect the BBC. This follows a report by someone who was presumably proud to be a Murdoch editor & who is believed to have been brought in to the role by a former Tory Director of Comms. Irony is alive & well.

I’m glad Tim Davie has gone. He was blatantly supporting and promoting Farage and his motley crew of reprobates.

I was naive enough to believe they resigned in shame over the BBC's appalling coverage of the Gaza Genocide .

Irrespective of sustained political attacks on the @BBC, it does need to clean up its act. It’s no longer the trusted independent news source that it once was and, with all the targeted misinformation in circulation, the UK has never needed that more.

The BBC News is terrible. Nick Robinson did something similar during indyref to Alex Salmond to damage the SNP. It provoked massive protests at the time. Didn’t hear journalists investigating then. Then the BBC later cleared Robinson of bias - as they mark their own homework.

For consideration: Trump now urging us to ditch the #BBC for GB News. GB News US launch was Aug '25 via Trump's Truth+ platform & then on air there Sept. Farage was in Congress trashing the UK in Sept 👇 wearing GBNews lapel pin. There to promote GB News as suspected?

The scandal isn’t that he’s going, it’s the reason. BBC whitewashing of Israeli genocide and continuous Reform propaganda wasn’t enough to get him out…

We’re not rushing to broadcast tonight @TheNewsAgents on the BREAKING BBC news - because we want to bring you a deeper dive tomorrow into what we think this story is actually about. And why it’s happened now. It’s far more complicated than the headline resignations suggest- dramatic as those are. We’ve been speaking to key players throughout this developing story .. @jonsopel @lewis_goodall - in your feeds tomorrow
It is obvious Trump and his MAGA minions have no healthcare plan for America. Just listen to Dr. (and I use the title loosely here) Oz spew the MAGA GOP BS. If they had a plan they would be shouting it out. #DemsUnited

While Farage was not invited to lay a wreath at the Cenotaph today, there was nothing to stop him, as a local MP, from attending Clacton's moving Rememberance day ceremony today. Did he go? tendringdc.gov.uk/news/clact…
